At Miniox we support clubs and sports centres as we fully embrace the value and benefits of sport for young people and adults alike. At Miniox we have a sense of sharing, social link and we really want to engage in life in Brussels, so it’s quite naturally that we decided to also sponsor some cultural activities :
"Chaussée des Arts - Kunstensteenweg" is an initiative of the culture department of the municipality of Auderghem and the first event bringing together many of its cultural sites, French-speaking and Dutch-speaking, public and private, and hosting artists of the municipality as guest artists.
This artistic journey crosses the entire commune of Auderghem along the axis of the Chaussée de Wavre, from the avenue des Volontaires to Rouge-Cloître. During 9 days, a varied program is proposed in thirty places. Mainly exhibitions but also creative workshops, meetings with artists, cinema, artistic performances, shows, music and two great festive evenings on the colors's theme, light and arts, organized by Le Parallèle, with the collaboration of many social actors. Indoors and outdoors, day and night, the arts'll invade the town of Auderghem.
It is frequented by many individuals and sports clubs and regularly hosts sporting events. This complex regularly welcomes groups of young people for a wide range of sports.
Miniox is proud to have contributed to the success of the « Two Miles for Two » cross-marathon, which took place on Sunday, 11 September 2016. This cross-marathon was organized in aid of « Association des Exploits Sportifs ».
This association seeks to improve the lives of seriously ill children by offering them the opportunity to take part in stays with medical care, without which they couldn’t be able to leave. These children are 8 to 12 years of age and mainly suffer from heart disease or neglected diseases.
The Everois stadium is mainly a youth school which conveys values such as self-respect but also respect for others, punctuality and discipline. This club devotes significant attention to teaching football by teaching the rules but also teaching about community life.
Everois FC Stadium has just over 300 young people divided into 20 teams. This includes categories from U6, U19, P2 to P4, old timers and from this season a women’s team. All this takes place with coaching from motivated volunteers qualified at the Belgian Football Union training school.
Miniox has also decided to sponsor sports club FC Tubize, in the same spirit of humanity and endorsing the values conveyed by football.
Imexso Cup is a football tournament which hosts national youth teams from across Belgium and representing all levels of football. This tournament takes place every year.
